Eligibility Criteria
- Research Associate (RA): PhD in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/RF/Microwave/Embedded Systems) or PhD in Sciences (Physics, Materials Science, Photonics, Quantum Technologies).
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/RF Microwave/Communication or Master’s in Physics/Electronics.
- Project Associate: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/RF Microwave/Communication or Master’s in Physics/Electronics.
- Project Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Science or 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Research Associate (RA): 35-40 years.
- JRF / Project Associate: 28-30 years.
- Project Assistant: 28 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules. Note that no age relaxation is provided for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates applying for Unreserved (UR) positions.
