Eligibility Criteria
For Hospitality Monitors: Candidates must possess a full-time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts, B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science, or an MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from a recognized university or institute affiliated with NCHM&CT/UGC/AICTE.
For Tourism Monitors: Candidates must hold a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in any stream combined with a 1-year diploma in Travel & Tourism. Alternatively, a 3-year Bachelor’s degree plus a 2-year PG degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism is also accepted. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel agencies is required.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Hospitality Monitors: Up to 28 years (no experience), 28-30 years (1 year experience), and 30-35 years (2 years experience). The upper age limit for UR is 35 years.
- Tourism Monitors: The upper age limit is 35 years for UR candidates.
- Relaxation: SC/ST candidates receive 5 years, OBC candidates receive 3 years, and PwBD candidates receive 10 years of age relaxation. Ex-Servicemen receive relaxation based on their years of service plus 3 years.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to submit a security deposit of Rs. 25,000/- via Demand Draft at the time of selection.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Hospitality Monitors: CTC of Rs. 30,000/- per month plus allowances including daily allowance, lodging charges, and National Holiday Allowance.
- Tourism Monitors: CTC of Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month depending on qualifications and experience, plus applicable allowances.
